Unlike cloud-based AI services, FacadeOC does not transmit your prompts, narratives, or gameplay data to any external server. All AI processing, natural language generation, character memory management, and game state tracking occur strictly within the confines of your local machine via the bundled local AI server.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We expressly state that we do not collect, transmit, intercept, store, or monitor any of the following categories of data:

• Your chat logs, user inputs, story transcripts, or generated narratives.
• Your custom characters and chat history files.
• Telemetry data, usage statistics, feature adoption metrics, or crash reports generated by the Software.
• Your IP address or device fingerprinting data during gameplay.

3. Network Integrations

Although the core artificial intelligence engine operates exclusively offline, the Software does establish limited network connections. These functions, most of which are user-initiated, are limited to: verifying application updates, submitting diagnostic bug reports, publishing custom characters to community platforms, and an automatic background license verification. During the execution of these functions, the Software communicates directly with secure external servers in a manner functionally equivalent to standard web browser traffic.

4. Information Collected During Purchase

When you purchase the Software via our website, your transaction is securely processed by our third-party merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. We do not collect, process, or store your full credit card numbers or banking information. We receive and retain limited transaction data, which typically includes your email address, purchase date, and order ID. We retain this information solely for the purposes of delivering your digital download, generating your license key, fulfilling our legal accounting obligations, and providing customer support (such as license recovery).

5. Third-Party Open Source Model Downloads

The Software requires an initial download of an artificial intelligence model to function. When you first launch the engine, it establishes a direct connection to public repositories to retrieve the necessary files. This specific interaction is subject to the privacy policies of those third-party hosts. They may log standard web server data, such as your IP address, when you request the file download. We do not have access to these logs.

6. Cookies and Web Tracking

Our promotional website may utilize minimal, essential cookies necessary for the basic functioning of the site and the payment integration. We do not use intrusive tracking scripts, cross-site advertising cookies, or invasive analytics platforms.

7. Data Subject Rights

Because we do not store any of your personal gameplay data, requests for data deletion or access regarding your usage of the Software are functionally complete by default. If you wish to have your purchase email removed from our support database, please contact us at margretohelp@gmail.com.

8. Children's Privacy

The Software is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, anyone under 18 years of age. Because the Software operates locally and we do not collect gameplay data, chat logs, or telemetry of any kind, we have no mechanism to detect a user's age during use. The only information we receive is limited purchase-related data (such as email address) processed by our third-party payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, at the time of purchase. If we become aware that a minor has made a purchase or provided us information through that channel, we will deactivate the associated license key and refuse future support. Requests to access or delete payment-related data may also be directed to Lemon Squeezy directly, as they act as the data controller for that information.

We strive to deliver a high-quality, fully functional software product. However, due to the specific nature of digital distribution and the offline-activated nature of the license in FacadeOC, our refund policy must reflect the inability to securely revoke access to the software once it has been unlocked and activated on your machine.

1. The Nature of Offline-Activated Digital Goods

FacadeOC is delivered as a standalone installer (Windows) or a compressed game archive (macOS/Linux) containing executable files that are unlocked permanently using a one-time license key activation. Anyone can download the application for free, but a valid license key is required to use it. Because we cannot remotely disable, uninstall, or revoke your access to the locally activated software, all sales are considered final once the license key has been activated by the user.

2. Limited Exception for Technical Failure

We recognize that PC hardware configurations vary widely. If you purchase the Software and experience a fundamental technical failure that prevents the engine from launching or functioning on your machine, we will offer a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date, strictly subject to the following conditions:

• Your hardware explicitly meets or exceeds the stated minimum system requirements (Windows 10/11, macOS, or Linux, minimum 16GB RAM, sufficient disk space for the AI model).
• The issue is determined to be a verifiable flaw or incompatibility in the Software, rather than user error, operating system corruption, or third-party interference (such as aggressive antivirus quarantine).

3. Exclusions Based on Subjective Experience

We absolutely do not offer refunds based on subjective dissatisfaction with the product. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Dissatisfaction with the prose style, creative direction, logic, or narrative coherence of the AI-generated outputs.
• Disappointment regarding the speed of generation (which is heavily dependent on your local CPU/GPU hardware).
• Expectations of features or mechanics that are not explicitly advertised on our sales page.

The Software utilizes an open-source model running on your specific hardware, and its output quality is influenced entirely by your prompts, system constraints, and the inherent nature of generative AI.

4. Fraudulent Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback through your bank or payment provider for a valid, downloaded purchase constitutes fraud. We actively dispute illegitimate chargebacks using download logs, IP tracking records from the payment gateway, and proof of delivery.

5. EU Digital Goods Withdrawal Waiver

By completing your purchase and receiving immediate access to download the Software, you expressly consent to immediate performance of this Agreement and acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by the law of your jurisdiction, you thereby waive any statutory right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to digital content.

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a binding legal contract between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the developers of FacadeOC ("Licensor"). By downloading, installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

1. Age Requirement

The Software is intended solely for users who are at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher. By using the Software, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. The Software is not directed at, and must not be used by, children. We do not knowingly permit use by minors and reserve the right to deactivate any license key found to belong to a minor without refund and refuse future support or updates.

2. You Are Interacting With Artificial Intelligence

All characters, personas, and dialogue in the Software are generated by a language model and do not represent real, sentient, or conscious entities. Characters have no memory, feelings, awareness, or independent existence outside of the text generated during your session. Any personality, apparent emotion, opinion, or claim of feeling expressed by a Character is a statistical output of the underlying AI model, not the genuine belief or sentiment of a real being, the Licensor, or any person. Nothing said by a Character constitutes professional advice of any kind - including medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice - and should never be relied upon as such.

3. Prohibition on Content Involving Minors

You may not use the Software, including any custom or third-party models you import, to generate, request, store, or distribute any content that sexualizes, exploits, or depicts minors in any way, regardless of the fictional or "aged-up" framing of a character. This prohibition is absolute and has no exceptions. Violation of this clause will result in immediate, permanent deactivation of your license key without refund and refusal of future support, and the Licensor reserves the right to report any such conduct to law enforcement and relevant authorities, including preserving evidence for that purpose. This clause survives termination of this Agreement.

4. Grant of License

Subject to your strict compliance with this EULA and your payment of the applicable purchase price, Licensor grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, perpetual, irrevocable, and limited license to download, install, and use the compiled executable code of the Software on your personal computing devices for your personal, non-commercial use (please note that the Software is currently supported for Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems only).

5. Restrictions and Limitations

The Software is licensed, not sold. You acknowledge and agree that you shall not, and shall not permit any third party to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Software.
• Make the Software available to any third party over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based upon the Software.
• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, decrypt, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the proprietary components of the Software.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of Licensor or its affiliates, partners, suppliers or the licensors of the Software.

6. Open Source Components

Certain components of the Software, including but not limited to the bundled local AI server and the language models, are subject to open-source licenses. This EULA does not alter any rights or obligations you may have under those specific open-source licenses. The proprietary wrapper, local server infrastructure, user interface, and game logic engine comprising ImaginWorld remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Licensor.

7. Ownership of User-Generated Output

The Licensor claims absolutely no ownership, copyright, or intellectual property rights over any text, lore, character data, scenarios, or narratives generated by your use of the Software ("Generated Output"). You retain all rights to your Generated Output and are free to use, distribute, modify, or publish your Generated Output for any purpose, including commercial endeavors, provided such use complies with the licensing terms of the underlying open-source AI model.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the proprietary elements of the Software (including but not limited to any user interface, code architecture, themes, and logic) are owned by Licensor. The Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.

9. Term and Termination

This EULA grants a continuous license that shall remain in effect indefinitely, provided you comply with all terms. To enforce our strict zero-tolerance policies (including the prohibition on content involving minors), the Software conducts a periodic automated license verification check. The Licensor reserves the right to remotely revoke or terminate your access by deactivating your license key if you are found to be in violation of any term(s) of this EULA. Upon such termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software.

10. License Key Conduct

Your license key is for personal use on your devices. You may transfer your installation to a new device by using the built-in deactivation feature within the Software to release your activation seat. Sharing, distributing, or reselling your license key is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent deactivation of the key without refund.

11. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of this EULA is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor regarding the Software.

12. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer this EULA or your license key to any third party without Licensor's prior written consent. Licensor may freely assign its rights and obligations under this EULA.
